Under the Showbiz Radar: Julius Carry

I decided to start something new. I wanted to do something different and somewhat unique. The biggest thing on the internet(beside Porn) is fan site for people's favorite big(movie, music, sport) star and about 95% are for the same 50 people(guess who?) and I hate that, There are so many other greats out there that get lost under the showbiz radar and I'm going to let you know some who some of them are. There was 1 girl was I was going to start with but I decided that this guy was the perfect guy to start with... His name is Julius Carry.
===================
Julius Carry is best known for 2 roles, the first is from the motion picture Barry Gordy's the Last Dragon where he played the character of the "Shogun of Harlem" Sho' Nuff. The Shogun is the best character in the movie, the character's over the top but you don't laugh at him because he will kick you ass and you know it.

Mr. Carrey is also know for the character of Lord Bowler in the TV Series The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. That show was different(any show with Bruce Campbell as the lead is different, that's a topic for a different post), Brisco County Jr. And Lord Bowler are competing bounty hunters after the John Bly gang, who in turn is after this magical Orb. Lord Bowler was always in a bad mood and mean all the time, it was a lot of fun to watch.

The best thing about Mr. Julius Carry is that when you need him for the scene he's there, and when you don't, he's not; It's hard to explain but I think you know what I'm talking about. He steals the scenes he's in but not the ones he not even needed for. He's very entertaining to watch on the screen(example: as the Coach yelling at DJ Qualls in The New Guy) and I just wish he'd get more recognition than what he seems to get. Now having said that I know that not everybody can be famous becacause then nobody would be, but why are there people out there famous with no talent(at all) that get the nod, please explain that to me.

The IMDB link ishttp://www.imdb.com/name/nm0141114/ I tried to find more information to put here about Mr. Carry but I there's almost nothing out there. It's sad, you can find a 1000 sites with a video of Paris screwing around in night vision but you can't find out nearly anything ... nevermind, It just not right. If anybody reads this who has any information about Mr. Julius Carry and would be willing to give me a little info please leave a leave a reply.

Post #10 Update Vol 2.0

I've been Bloging since March, almost 6 months and closing in on the 50th Post. In that time I've seen how some of the Blogs I watch have changed and some haven't. My own Blog experience has changed from what I originally had planned. Is there a point to this rambling, probably not... But I'll continue anyways(and yes I'm aware there is an "s" there, deal with it).

In "Post #10 What have I Learned?" I listed 6 Blogs I liked and followed. Out of those 3 of them are now gone(actually, Serendipity never did update his Blog so I guess It's dead). Olaf Legend being 1 of them, unless this is another publicity stunt. The truth is I closed the door on this guy a couple months ago and saw a mention about it on somebody else's Blog and confirmed it. Then Vin took his red state bible and went home(I'll miss hearing about the un-named Michigan Blob that... Well I can't repeat the entire routine here). That means I'm left with only 3 original Blogs left.

The truth is... If I were to have to choose 3 Blogs to keep around to read it would be these 3, no doubt about it. The 1st Blog I'm going to talk about is Alicia Goranson's Blog(and no there's no link to it here, Why? I have no good answer for you here) and it seems to be an hybrid(spelled wrong? Deal with it) of her thoughts and her poety. "Hey isn't that Becky from Roseanne?", yes it is and if you you want to just want to drop by and kiss ass don't except much, she seems to be more interested in ideas; not an insult just letting you know because I know how some people get stupid around celebs. Now I'm not going to lie but sometimes I don't understand her poety, but It's not really my thing. Then there's the Deceiver... My opinion of her stands, someday she will be great. Her pictures are nothing short of amazing and her writing on some of her some of her posts have really worked with the pictures making a complete package. Any doubters just need go look at her page. And finally MsSeptembr1984, this is my favorite overall Blog(I like the title True Stories I Made Up for being really catchy. I think I just now got the real meaning behind it, these are the true stories of her life... Boy am I dense sometimes). Why you might ask? The answer is simple and 1 word, made up of four letter... R-E-A-L. Those 4 letter make the different, you know what you're reading isn't put there for somebody else to read. The 1 thing I always figured was I started this Blog I wanted everybody to read it; It never even occurred to me to write it for yourself with the chance nobody every would read it. It's something I'll always remember, Thank You.
